Gmail has helped us a lot for the past few years. Now it gets better with Google laps. There are many useful applications waiting for you to be added to Gmail to help us use it better. Just a click of the mouse and there it is configured. Some like Undo sent mails, YouTube Preview in Gmail, Google Voice, Picture in chat and many more.
HOW YOU CAN ADD THESE TO YOUR GMAIL.
Well click on the ‘Setting’ link on the top right corner of your Gmail. Click on ‘Labs’ tab in the setting page and there you have all the applications. Click on ‘Enable’ and it gets added to your Gmail instantly.
Undo Sent Mail:
After clicking on the send button, if you consider that you have sent it too sent then its too late. But now with this application it gives you a few second buffer time where you can undo it or cancel it while sending itself.
Picasa Preview in mail:
Preview your Picasa images in your mail itself, instead of clicking on the links and taking to a new page.
Translate your mail:
Now you can read mails which carry other country language too. Just click on the translate button and Gmail will translate it for you.
Multiple Inboxes:
Add extra list of emails to your mail. Just select a thread that you would like to be added up in the extra mail and it shows up as separate mail box. Example: Starred, Labels, Drafts and more.
Picture in Chat:
There is one sad difference between chatting from Gmail and Gtalk. Gmail doesn’t show the picture of the chat person. Adding this app will help you solve this problem.
Mouse Gestures:
Browser faster by recording your mouse gestures. So without having to click on back button by just moving your mouse with combination of right click you can go back.

You have your office ID and personal ID with Gmail. Now configure Gmail to add up your office ID with your personal ID and you never have to login to your office ID again to receive or send mails. Just switch between the senders list after you attach both your accounts and the receiver will see your office ID instead of your personal ID. What more interesting is that you can also set the reply to address to your office ID.
How to do this amazing feature? Well again click on ‘Setting’ link on the top right corner of Gmail. Then click on ‘Accounts and Import’. There you have it – ‘Send mail from another address’. Just follow the links and you will be configured.
